WHO Recruitment 2021 Salary:
- NO-B level. Daily rate is starting from 140 USD/working day, depending on qualification of the selected candidate.
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture
- Advanced university degree in architecture and/or other related area. Additional professional trainings/specialization in related area
WHO Job Skills:
• General knowledge of State and local building, energy, zoning, sanitary, safety, and preservation codes and regulations.
• General knowledge of the project cycle from design, bidding, construction and close-out;
• Good knowledge of architectural principles and practices including spatial relationships, aesthetics, structural engineering, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Good knowledge of building construction methods and materials, including techniques of construction management.
• Skill in preparing contract documents for competitive bidding on projects.
• Skill in preparing cost analyses for projects. Skill in estimating the finished project schedules.
• Skill in conveying safety awareness.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of health facilities planning and construction management. Strong understanding of the basics of interior commercial construction, architecture and design, real estate and contract furnishings for healthcare.
