- $45,518 to $72,380 per year
Responsibilities:
- Duties described below are at the full-performance level. Duties assigned at a lower grade level will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity; duties will be commensurate with the grade of selected employee.
- Conduct intake of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Claims.
- Assist with formulation of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Management Directive (MD) 715 report.
- Assist with compiling and developing EEO training materials.
- Conduct brief inquires into EEO related allegations.
- Conduct Diversity and Inclusion outreach for Special Emphasis Observances.
- Conduct intake for requests of Reasonable Accommodation and Religious Accommodation.
- Conduct student interviews relating to Title IX and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act inquires
- Process requests for Alternate Dispute Resolution.
- Record intake information in EEO Databases.
- Write counselors reports for Title VII formal claims.
Education Qualification:
- If you are using education completed in the United States to meet the qualification requirements, your degree must have been awarded from a colleges or university that is accredited by a recognized accrediting organizations.
