Post Wise Eligibility & Responsibility:-

1. Associate, Recruitment

Position Duties:

  • Review and understand open job positions.
  • Source and screen resumes for positions in across functions in Client Servicing for Associate to Mid-level hiring.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all candidates at all levels.
  • Conduct telephones interviews to further qualify applicants for all open positions.
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews.
  • Ensure timely communications with all candidates and hiring managers.
  • Utilize various social media avenues for recruitment.
  • Plan and coordinate mass recruiting events, for instance, campus hiring, recruitment drives, etc.
  • Responsibilities may also include coordinating work/life activities, performing benefits administration, revising policies and procedures, and performing cost benefit analysis.
  • This position will be 85% recruiting and 15% human resources, including operations, strategy, employee relations, and benefits.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years’ experience performing full life cycle recruiting 
  • Experience using online recruiting sources for job postings and resume sourcing (Monster, Naukri, and LinkedIn etc.)
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Must be organized, extremely detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to treat sensitive/confidential information with appropriate discretion
  • Excel in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Excel as a self-starter and problem solver

Work Hours: 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm

2. Client Services, Event Phones (US Voice)

About the role:

We have multiple Associate Product Consultant positions for graduates with 1-5 years of work experience in our Client Services department for Event Management software product. You shall either be a part of a team that supports clients over the phone and email on the Cvent Event Management software or will be responsible for implementing their event requirements in the tool and sharing best practices with them.

What You Will Be Doing 

  • Support clients over the phone and email by answering their product questions and offering technical assistance
  • Offer best practice tips to clients in an effort to boost their meeting attendance via Cvent’s marketing engine
  • Gather client requirements for future releases of the product
  • Create and maintain all product documentation
  • Implement and manage the online portion of client events as and when needed
  • Gather client requirements and implement them in Cvent’s event management software
  • Communicate with the client and review the initial implementation with them and make required changes
  • Provide suggestions to the client to improve the overall result of the implementation and help client meet their goals
  • Document all communication with the client in Cvent’s CRM software 

What You Will Need for this Position 

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Graduate/ Under-graduate(drop-out) with strong analytical and logical skills
  • Experience in US Customer Service is a must
  • Preference would be given to candidates who have prior experience of having travelled, studied or worked abroad
  • Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity
  • High comfort level in using online software products
  • Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task
  • Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team

3. Associate / Sr. Associate, HR Shared Services

Required Skills

  • Associate Level
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Previous Experience in HR related field preferred.
  • Senior Associate Level
    • Bachelor’s degree required and 2+ years of work experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time well, and work closely with the stakeholders to quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed
  • Strong detail orientation and demonstrated experience driving tasks to completion
  • Customer service orientation and experience
  • Self-Motivated individual with ability to work both independently and collaboratively as need be.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
  • HRIS experience (such as ADP or Workday) is a plus
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Previous use/knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday specifically).

4. Senior sales associate

5. Onboarding Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- · Initiate a successful customer journey by understanding client goals and translating that knowledge into event and account setup · Conduct a re-onboarding when appropriate for existing clients · Conduct personalized web-based trainings for new Cvent users. · Demonstrate detailed product knowledge when assisting clients both on the phone and via email · Drive platform adoption and offer best practice tips through completion of the client’s onboarding experience Collaborate with the Strategic Accounts team to assist with onboarding top tier accounts
